Enolmatic is a semi-automatic filling machine that brings professional results to the home winemaker. It allows you to enjoy bottling your wine quickly with little effort. With Enolmatic, your bottling problems are solved without any damage to wine quality (filling is done by way of a vacuum, and all air is sucked out of the bottle prior to filling).

In addition, with Enolmatic's accessories, you may filter your wine as you bottle it. The Enolmatic will draw wine from your carboy, barrel, etc.... pull the wine through one or two in-line filters (5 micron, 1 micron or .5 micron) and then fill your bottle. The filters are completely washable and reusable.

EASY TO USE: The carboy barrel or demijon can sit up to 13 feet below the Enolmatic filler. No lees or sediment are sucked up by the filler. A one way flow valve prevents back flow into the supply container. Finally filling speed can be adjusted by merely turning a knob. The Enolmatic will fill a 750 ml bottle in just a few seconds. Each bottle is filled to exactly the same height with Enolmatics exclusive 'Self Stop' feature.

EASY TO CLEAN: To clean Enolmatic, just fill bottle with water. The recovery tank can be washed in a dish-washer. Enolmatic is made from high quality food grade materials and tested for heavy duty operations. Made in Italy. Filters and filter housing sold seperately.
