Handcrafted hardwood press designed to last. This press includes one stainless steel mold for a 2-4 lb cheese, 2 polyethelyne followers, 1 pressure gauge, one stainless steel separating disc and one stainless steel drip tray. Can press from 0-80 psi.

Cylinder dimensions are 5.75 inches diameter and 7 inches tall. Base is 12 inches by 6.5 inches. Overall press height is 18 inches.
