Tap-A-Draft starter kit. Tap a draft is a beer or wine dispensing system that uses reusable (6) liter (1.5 gallon) oxygen barrier plastic bottles and a screw on tap. The tap is composed of a two cyliinder gas injection system. It is not used to carbonate beer but to store and dispense it and maintain the carbonation. Nitrogen cartridges are also available so it is possible to dispense beer with a combination of co2 gas and nitrogen for a Guiness like head. Nitrogen can also be used to dispense wine. The complete kit includes a tap, regulator, drip tray, (3) 6 liter re-usable plastic bottles and (10) 8 gram CO2 cartridges.
