High quality white california grapes make up the base of this wine. Very complex and aromatic, golden in color. An excellent wine to have on January 1st 2005. Makes 3 U.S. gallons. Kit includes concentrate, yeast, fining agents and sulphite. The addition of corn sugar will be necessary to carbonate the wine. Also, Champagne bottles, wires and stoppers will be needed.
