Weyermann carahell malt. 8-12 lovibond. Excellent for Hefe-Weizen, Pale Ale, Golden Ale, Octoberfest and Maibock. Use up to 10-15% of the grist. Gives a fuller body, improved aroma, increase head retention, round flavor and a deeper saturated color.
