Oenosteryl Effervescent tablets are made from potassium metabisulphite and pot tassium carbonate and are packaged in 5 gram tablets. 48 tablets per box. The effervescent effect facilitates good mixing of the s02 in barrels or in tanks. The tablets are user friendly and cost effective.

Typical use includes:

* Add to picking bins to protect grapes from oxidation * Add to tanks before or after fermentation * Add to barrels directly after ml fermentation * Barrel aging for routine So2 level adjustment
