1 oz bag of US grown cascade hops- very popular with home brewers. It has a very distinguishable pleasant floral/citrus flavor/aroma. Best used in American pale ales (Anchor Liberty ale and Sierra Nevada pale ale are examples). Medium alpha acid level. Use for bittering, flavoring and aroma. Alpha is 7.4%. Crop year is 2007. Plugged Sept 2008.
