Grape and Granary's American IPA All-Grain advanced recipe. Similar to Three Floyd's Alpha King. We use eleven pounds of American pale ale malt combined with crystal, munich and a touch of chocolate malt. The hop schedule calls for seven hop additions over the 90 minute boil. Recipe specifics are: Anticipated SG 1.068, Estimated SRM 12.7 and Estimated IBU's are 66. Hops are Magnum, Centennial and cascade.

This is one flavorful beer without the higher alcohol content of the Imperial IPA's. Comes complete with irish moss, priming sugar and Nottingham dry ale yeast. Please specify if grains are whole or crushed.
