Test kit for monitoring Malo Lactic Fermenation. Just place drop of sample on test strip using aspirator (included). Wait four minutes for color development and then compare to color on chart (included). A reading of an undiluted sample of less than 30 mg/l indicates that malolactic fermentation is complete. A reading of greater than 75 mg/l indicates that ml is not complete.
