Turbo Clear. Used to purify the wash prior to distillation which will result in a cleaner distillate. Two part fining agent:

Fining A: Once fermentation is complete stir the wash vigoursly to remove all the gas. Once de-gassed gently add the contents of Finnings A, stiring just enough to distribute throughout the liquid. Leave to stand for one hour.

Fining B: Follow treatment with 'Finings A' and after the one hour stand, gently add package 'B' stirring gently just enough to evenly distribute throughout the liquid. Leave stand for 24 hours before carefully removing the clear wash for distillling.

Sufficient to treat 25 litres of wash or wine. Contains Chitosan and silica solution.
