2005 Merlot. This wine is made from 100% Central Valley California grapes. 750 ml bottle. We crushed and cold soaked the grapes for one week prior to fermentation. The wine was aged in French and American oak barrels for one year. The wine has a medium to full body with good tannins. A fruity, berry nose and a long, lingering fruit and spice finish.
