One pack of reculturable yogurt culture. Directions: Heat 1/4 to 1/2 gallon of milk to 180 deg F. and then cool to 105-115 deg F.. Add the contents of this package and mix well. Pour the inoculated milk into an airtight container (cooler, thermos, yogotherm). Let incubate 5-7 hours. Remove fron the container and refridgerate. For firmer yogurt, add 3 tbs milk powder to each 1/4 gallon of milk.
Ingredients: Skim milk and/or lactose, lactic cultures and ascorbic acid.
