Pack of (5) sweet yogurt cultures. Directions: Heat 1 qt of milk to 180 deg F., then cool it to 116 deg F.. Pour the milk into a thermos-like container (or Yogotherm). Add 1 packet of this starter culture and stir. Cover and let set at 116 deg F. for 6-12 hours or until thickened. Refridgerate and enjoy! For thicker yogurt, add 1/4 cup dry milk.
Contains L. Acidolpilus, Bifido, S. Thermophilus, L. Delbrueckki, dry milk, lactose, maltodextrin and autolyzed yeast.
