Pack of (5) tangy yogurt cultures. Directions: Heat 1 quart of milk to 180 deg. F. and then cool it to 116 deg F.. Pour into a thermos-like container (or yogotherm). Add 1 packet of this starter culture and stir. Cover and let set at 116 deg F. for 6-12 hours or until thickened. Refridgerate and enjoy!
