Brewmometer from Blichmann Engineering. Bi metal Thermometer with 3 inch dial. 60-220 deg F. range. 2 inch stem. Weldless. Easy to install in a brewpot with a wall thickness up to 1/4 inch thick. Drill a 3/16 inch pilot hole and then enlarge it up to 1/2 inch. Calibratable.

The Brewmometer dial face shows temperatures for chill, dough-in, protein rest, starch conversion, lautering and boiling.
