Grape and Granary Holiday ale kit (all-grain version). Recipe includes Pale Ale malt, honey malt, 80 degree crystal, black malt and orange blossom honey. Spices are ginger root, cinamon stick and orange peel. Recipe specifics are: OG 1.068, Anticipated SRM 15, IBU is 48. Makes 5 US gallons. A delicious holiday spiced ale.
