Clean strain that completments malt flavor. Low to moderate esters when fermentation temp is below 70 deg F. Moderate plus ester character of 70 deg F.. Low diacetyl production. A good yeast strain for Bierre de Garde, blond, amber, brown ales and specialty beers.
