Nothern Brewer flower. One ounce bag. Bred in England and grown in the USA and in Germany (imported). Ours is imported from Germany. An excellent all around bittering, flavor and aroma hop. Has a good clean bitterness that can be used in most any beer style. Aroma/flavor described as minty-woody by some. The aroma/flavor of the imported hop is quite superior to the domestic variety. Used exclusively in Anchor's "Steam" beer. Average alpha acid = 8.5%
