Makes an excellent 3-5 gallon batch of fruit wine. Can also be added to 5-10 gallons of beer to make fruit beers and lambics. An Oregon grown gem, bright red, medium-sized berry with the familiar flavor. For wine, it requires table sugar, acid blend, yeast nutrient, pectic enzyme, campden tablets, wine yeast, straining bag and stabilizer crystals.
