Medium bodied, mildly hoppy pilsner with a dry finish. Similar to Heineken or Grolsh. A great recipe. Kits include malt syrup and/or dry malt, steeping grains, steeping sock, pellet hops, dry yeast, priming sugar irish moss and instructions. They require a 35-45 minute boil. If you desire to use liquid yeast we recommend Wyeast #2206 or #2042
