Medium to full bodied ale with crystal malt, pale ale malt and a touch of chocolate balanced by lots of American hop flavor and aroma. Similar to Anchor Liberty, Great Lakes Burning River and Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. Kits include malt syrup and/or dry malt, steeping grains, steeping sock, pellet hops, dry yeast, priming sugar irish moss and instructions. They require a 35-45 minute boil.
