Makes an excellent 3-5 gallon batch of fruit wine. A large, long 'blackberry' with few seeds and robust raspberry-like flavor. Requires table sugar, acid blend, yeast nutrient, pectic enzyme, campden tablets, wine yeast, straining bag and stabilizer crystals.
