Makes an excellent 3-5 gallon batch of fruit wine. A full-flavored bluish purple variety grown in Oregon. Elderberry does not require a straining bag. Recipe requires table sugar, acid blend, yeast nutrient, pectic enzyme, elderflowers (optional), campden tablets, wine yeast and stabilizer crystals.
