A full bodied, golden colored beer with lots of Saaz hop flavor and aroma. An excellent example of the Pilsner style. Kits include malt syrup and/or dry malt, steeping grains, steeping sock, pellet hops, dry yeast, priming sugar irish moss and instructions. They require a 35-45 minute boil. If you desire to use liquid yeast we recommend Wyeast #2124 or #2278
