OG is 1.057, color is 49 SRM and bitterness is about 35 IBU's. Kit includes malt syrup and dry malt, steeping grains, steeping sock, pellet hops, dry yeast, priming sugar, irish moss and instructions. This kit requires a 45 minute boil. If you wish to use liquid yeast we recommend Wyeast #1084 or #1028.
