Mountmellick famous irish stout malt extract will produce a full-bodied black beer with roasted barley extract contributing a complexity and dark head characteristic of Irish style stout.

In our opinion, the best stout kit on the market. Very nice roasted malt flavor without the licorice finish. Try adding 2-3 lbs additional malt (dry or syrup) and 1/2 oz Northern Brewer hops for the boil.
