Makes an excellent 3-5 gallon batch of fruit wine. A variety of blackberry, develped in Oregon, with large fruit and intense flavor. Requires the addition of acid blend, yeast nutrient, pectic enzyme, campden tablets, wine yeast, straining bag and stabilizer crystals.
