This German lager malt is 1-2 degrees Lovibond and 10.7% protein. Extract is 81.5%. A protein rest is recommended. Use as a base malt in all high quality European lager beer styles (e.g. Pilsners; Marzen/Oktoberfest; Bocks; Dortmunder etc...).*Whole or freshly crushed with our roller mill.
