A nice light thirst quenching beer that uses brewers corn syrup as an adjunct. Crisp, light and refreshing. Kit include malt syrup and/or dry malt, corn syrup, pellet hops, dry yeast, priming sugar irish moss and instructions. They require a 35-45 minute boil. If you desire to use liquid yeast we recommend Wyeast #1056 or #2007
