Best fermented at lager temperatures but does well at ale temps too. Dark amber, malty and sweet. An excellent recipe. Similar to St. Pauli dark and Becks dark. Kits include malt syrup and/or dry malt, steeping grains, steeping sock, pellet hops, dry yeas, priming sugar irish moss and instructions. They require a 35-45 minute boil. If you desire to use liquid yeast we recommend Wyeast #2206 or #2124
