Too little sulphur dioxide will not produce the desired effect and too much will be tasted in the finished wine. Before bottling, use this kit to determine and adjust the SO2 levels in your wines. Enough for 10 tests. Replacment titrets available. This kit uses the Ripper method. A small amount of wine is drawn into the ampule and any color change is noted. When the proper color is obtained, the ampule is inverted and the ppm of sulfur is read.
