Makes an excellent 3-5 gallon batch of fruit wine. A tangy, purplish-red cross between wild blackberry and red raspberry. Requires the addition of table sugar, acid blend, yeast nutrient, pectic enzyme, campden tablets, wine yeast, straining bag and stabilizer crystals.
