A medium bodied brown ale similar to Newcastle. Dark amber/brown color- nutty, malty sweet flavor- English style. Excellent. Kits include malt syrup and/or dry malt, steeping grains, steeping sock, pellet hops, dry yeast, priming sugar irish moss and instructions. They require a 35-45 minute boil. If you desire to use liquid yeast we recommend Wyeast # 1028 or #1098
