Similar to Bitburger. We use almost 9 lbs of German Pilsner malt, Carafoam and a touch of crystal. Lots of European hops. Northern Brewer for bittering, Mittelfruh and Saaz for flavor and aroma. Vital stats are SG 1.047, IBU 39 and SRM 4. We recommend Wyeast #2206 or White Labs WLP830.
