There is 10.75 total pounds of grain, low in bittering hops and pale gold in color. An excellent refreshing summer beer style. Recipe assumes a 70% mash efficiency. OG 1.053, IBU 16.4 and SRM 3.5 . Kit includes grains, hops, priming sugar, irish moss, and dry yeast. If you prefer a liquid yeast we recommend Wyeast #3056 or #3068. Please specify if you would like grains whole or crushed.
