Recommended for: Cabernet, Red Varietals, Gamay Beaujolais, Zinfandel, Rhone, Burgundy, Pinot Noir. Flocculation: medium-high, alcohol tolerance: 14%, residual sugar: 0-0.35%, 55-90 deg. F. Good for up to 10 gallons.
