The Vinoferm vinometer is a higher quality vinometer, precise to .5% alcohol with a triangular capillary tube that allows for easy reading of test results. Look at the level of the liquid in the tube and read the alcohol content. In case of sweet or strong wines, dilute first 1/1 (10 ml of wine + 10 ml of water) and multiply the result by 2. Rinse well with cold water after use.
