Liquid animal (calf) rennet. 2 oz bottle. Add 1/4 to 1/2 tsp rennet per 2 gallons of milk. Dilute rennet in 1/4 cup cold dechlorinated water prior to adding to milk. Stir no more than 3 minutes to distribute rennet into milk. Keep refridgerated (40-45 deg F.).
Contains veal rennet, sodium chloride brine, acetate, propylene glycol, caramel color and flavor.
