Grape and Granary's American Brown Ale kit. This brown ale is modeled after such famous American Brown ale's as Pete's Wicked Ale, Great Lakes Cleveland Brown Ale and Brooklyn Brown Ale. We use a total of seven pounds of malt extract, crystal malt, chocolate malt, Munich malt, Biscuit and Brown malt to produce one malt filled flavor packed beer. The generous malt bill is equally balanced with Galena and Amarillo hops to provide plenty of American citrus hop balance.
